METHOD
- Add the whisky, wildflower honey, honey syrup, and plum bitters to a mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with cubed ice and stir well (for about 30 to 40 seconds) to chill and dilute.
- Strain the liquid into a rocks glass filled with fresh cubed ice.
- Garnish with a plum disk and serve.
